National Database And registration Authority (NADRA) has online the progress of getting and renew the national Identity Card.
BETA testing of this online system was in progress from past few weeks. However, the Home Minister Choudhry Nisar did inauguration of this online system named "Pak Identity" in a press confress on august 3.
Now you can request or renew your CNIC at your home through this system
On that occasion Choudhry Nisar said that they want this kind of system for passports as well.
